Ingredients
  • 2.4 lb Tyson All Natural, Fresh Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic (Finely minced)
  • .5 tsp Chili Powder
  • .5 tsp Cumin
  • .5 tsp Hot Pepper Flakes
  • .5 tsp Black Pepper
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • Fajita Bar Ingredients
  • 8 Flour Torilas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Pico De Gallo
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Diced Tomatoes
Instructions
  1. In bowl, mix together 1 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper & salt.
  2. Add chicken strips and stir to coat, set aside.
  3. Cook tortillas according to instructions on package.
  4. Cut onions in half lengthwise and slice into strips, cut your peppers into strips.
  5. In large non stick skillet over medium high heat, heat remaining tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. Add onions & peppers stirring for 3-4 minutes, until softened; transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  7. Add chicken to skillet, cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  8. Return onions and peppers to skillet; stir for about one minute.
  9. To serve, spoon a portion of the beef mixture down the centre of each tortilla, top with your desired toppings , fold bottom of tortilla up over filling, fold the sides in, overlapping.
